During my time in Cebu, I was in a total of 4 beaches in two weeks. Granted the last one was in Davao, but nevertheless they were enough to make my skin sooo dry that if you did the nivea (?) commercial thing where you wrote the word dry on it, the word would still be there at the end of the day. Anyway, most of the narration will be done through pictures...

Okay So I'm Late
I've been so busy trying to reedit this blog to reflect a nice picture of the beach, I've finally given up! :P I'll wait till I get some HTML genius to explain the directions to me. In the meantime I've reverted back to a plain bloggie background.
New Year...New Beginnings
I got back to Cebu on the 29th. Quite honestly I was glad to be back because I was very tired in Manila. Not only did I not feel well on Christmas, I didn't end up going to my team's GA - I just dropped by to literally say Hi & Bye - because I was so stressed and tired and pissed off at them. I spent the entire Dec 28th screaming at them and screaming, we finally got stuff settled and hopefully there is some follow through - actually I think they're getting better at it, but we'll see... Getting back to Cebu for my last (more or less) month there I was kind of sad, because I knew I would be leaving again soon, and happy at the same time because, I get to take care of myself again and not have to worry about the little things.
We spent New Year's at the boys' house. JR was in Manila bec it was Bianky's birthday so it was just me, Lance, Maui and the rest of the Regency Crest boys. Lance, Alnair and I went for a swim in their freezing pool as the Tequila flowed steadily. Gae surprised us by turning into a Tequila monster - no one chugs tequila like this girl :) and Maui & Roy fought without anyone noticing. Since their apartment complex is near Maria Luisa, the poshest subdivision in Cebu, we got our own fabulous firework extravaganzas courtesy of the very rich residents next door. We were joined by Mai & Dennis from training whom I invited since i knew the rest of the trainers would be in Manila.
I zonked out after some wine, and yes, I had tequila as one shot was required for everyone. Later on Gae & I moved upstairs to crash at Arnie's apartment while the rest of them partied on. We went home in the wee hours of the morning, how we managed to find a cab I have no idea since really, the holidays meant there would be no cabs in existence. The next day I did the 3pm to 12mn shift, whoopeedoohdang, where I ended up having "lunch" or rather dinner with Maui & Gae at Krua Thai. Yummy yummy food.
On January 2, the day before my birthday, I went to work again so that I could take my birthday and the day after off. When I got home Roy had already taken my spot in the room so I spent the night before my birthday on the day bed in the living room till TL Chie left and I went to crash in their room. I tried to go to our room to squeeze in next to Roy but both of them snored so much it was like surround sound so back to the day bed I went. At midnight I heard my bossie and some other people going "happy birthday little girl/brattits" or some such but I was too groggy to notice.
The next day I told Roy I'd kick him out the next time :P
