My latest creation, Roast Pork with Rosemary. I impressed myself by using cooking twine, hahahha :) It felt all chef-y to use it even if it was all just really string! It is basically pork with "pockets" of spinach, rosemary, onion and garlic inside, i added parmesan cheese to some of them just to try. The sauce is just chicken stock, leftover juices from the meat (not much!) and leftover stuffing. Posted by Picasa
